This fully automated robotic cell aligns pharmaceutical plastic bottles in different sizes at high speed. This robotic cell is fully capable of aligning different products in shape and size. The SCARA SR-3iA robot from Fanuc proved itself for this task. A pneumatic internal bottle neck gripper was chosen to guarantee a safe, precise and quick grasp of the products.
